• All products are subject to availability.
• Prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices for customers outside the UK are shown exclusive of local taxes and duties, which may be payable by you on delivery.

• Product images are for illustration. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will confirm acceptance by email. Until we confirm, we may decline or cancel an order.
• Payment is taken at the time of order via the secure methods shown at checkout (card payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card details).
• You are responsible for ensuring your order details (including delivery address) are correct.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and on our Postage/Returns page.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address you provided (or collected from a delivery point).

In summary:

• Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused and in original condition.
• Contact us before returning anything.
• Return postage is normally your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
• Custom or personalised items (e.g. made-to-order t-shirts) may not be returnable.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
