Postage

Our basic postage rate for uk orders starts at just £3.50.

Overseas postage will be charged at cost. If you are outside of the uk and do not specify your correct country at the checkout your order will be held in limbo until you pay the correct postage.
An e-mail will be sent to you detailing the error. If we do not hear back from you within 5 days you will be refunded and your order cancelled.

We will not post any overseas orders that have opted for uk postage only.

Returns are acceptable on most of our items within 14 days but you must contact us first.

We do not refund postage on items returned.

All items must be returned to us in an unworn / resalable condition.
This does not include earrings, signed prints or items that have been personalised. We are not responsible for items that are either lost or damaged in transit and recommend that you use either a recorded or special delivery service for returns.

Please be aware that when ordering t-shirts each one is made specifically for your order and so please double check sizes and choose your design carefully.

For obvious health and hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned .

We do not deliver your items personally and leave this part of our business to the royal mail or interlink. We are therefore unable to undertake any specific delivery requests.

We do not take any responsibility for items that are delivered to any p.o. Boxes, bfpo addresses, student residences or places of work. All items posted to any of the above are sent at your own risk.

If your items are sent by recorded / special / courier delivery they will require a signature. If you are out / unavailable and a notice has been left  you are now responsible for their collection within the timescale specified. If the goods are returned to us you will be charged the return postage and a minimum surcharge of £5.00. Please be aware that undelivered  items can take
several months to get back through to us.

None of the above is meant to sound too harsh or formal, but we are experiencing a large increase in returned mail primarily due to customers simply not bothering to collect their items from their local sorting office.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
